By using GetFreePics you agree to these terms. The rules for using the photos themselves are in our license.

Contributing photos

When you send us photos you confirm that:

• You took the photos yourself and own the copyright
• You have a signed model release for any recognisable person, or you mark the photo as editorial
• The photos do not break any law or anyone else's rights

You keep the copyright of your photos. You give GetFreePics a worldwide, non-exclusive, permanent licence to host, display and distribute them under the GetFreePics License, and to use them to promote the site. You can ask us to remove a photo at any time; we will remove it from the site, but cannot recall copies already downloaded.

Takedown requests

If you believe a photo on this site infringes your rights, email hello@getfreepics.com with the photo's link and your reason. We review every request and remove photos where needed.

Changes

We may update these terms. The latest version is always on this page.
