About GetFreePics

GetFreePics is a free photo library focused on Myanmar, Thailand and Southeast Asia — the temples, markets, food, landscapes and everyday life of the region, photographed by people who live here.

Most free photo sites show Southeast Asia through a tourist's lens, with only a handful of images. We want to change that, with thousands of authentic photos anyone can use.

Free to use

Every photo can be downloaded for free, in full resolution, with no sign-up. Read the license for the simple rules.

How we keep it free

The site is supported by advertising and by optional print and extended-licence sales. That money pays for hosting and goes back into photographing more of the region.
